1) Acceptance of These Terms

3) Live Audio Communication & User-Generated Content
The Service may allow users to communicate in real time using live audio (e.g., voice rooms, calls). Content that users create, share, or transmit—including audio and any associated usernames, profile content, or messages— is “User Content.”
You are responsible for your User Content and your interactions with others.
License to Operate the Service
You grant Mariass a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service, including for safety, moderation, and abuse prevention.
4) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate others.
- Post, share, or transmit hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence.
- Share sexually explicit content involving minors (this will be reported to relevant authorities).
- Exploit or endanger children in any way.
- Share non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, or private/confidential information.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Spam, solicit, or distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.
5) Safety Features: Filtering, Reporting, and Blocking
We provide tools to help users manage objectionable content and abusive behavior, including:
- Filtering & Controls: Features such as muting, room moderation tools, and/or automated or manual review designed to reduce exposure to objectionable content.
- Report / Flag: A method to report users or sessions for objectionable content or abuse.
- Block: A method to block users to limit contact and interactions.
You agree not to misuse reporting or blocking features (e.g., false reports or harassment).
6) Moderation & Enforcement
We may (but are not required to) monitor, review, or moderate User Content and interactions to enforce these Terms and protect users. We may take action including:
- Removing or limiting access to User Content
- Issuing warnings
- Temporarily suspending or permanently banning accounts
- Restricting features or access
Response time: We aim to review objectionable content reports within 24 hours and, where appropriate, remove offending content and eject/ban users who violate these Terms.
We may also preserve information or report activity to authorities when required by law or where necessary to protect safety.
7) Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information, including for safety and moderation.
If the Service includes live audio, you acknowledge that audio may be processed for features like delivery, quality, safety, abuse prevention, and moderation as described in our Privacy Policy.
8) Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Mariass or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
9) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., audio infrastructure, analytics). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10) Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or users.
11) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that all objectionable content will be detected or removed.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mariass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
